Service Description

Breathe & Heal is a gentle yet Powerful Breathwork Therapy It is a combination of Relaxation, Breathing, Suggestion and powerful Healing Vibrations The combination of Breath techniques and suggestion brings about a state of relaxation. This relaxed state allows me to connect with you so that you can receive the Healing Vibrations that I will be sending to you throughout the session. The contents of a typical Breathe & Heal session are outlined below, session’s may differ to a degree depending on individual circumstances. Sitting back or laying down with eyes closed. Connected Breathing gentle and slow. Guided Suggestions throughout the session to include The Mental Body (Mind) The Emotional Body (Feelings) The Physical Body (aches & pains) The Spiritual Body (Unconditional Love) Followed by a period of Quiet reflection Throughout the whole session which may last between 30 – 45 mins all you need to do is lay back relax, breathe, and follow my suggestions. ​The conscious breath and movement of energy causes our bodies to release powerful chemicals, such as Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin to name just a few that can bring on feelings of Joy, peace, and even euphoria, saturating the system with oxygen and feel good chemicals, spurring the body into releasing and healing. Breath is the essence of life, the spirit that animates a physical being. It is the first thing we do when we are born, and the last thing we do before we leave this earth. It is natural and done largely without conscious awareness. When we become aware and Conscious of our breathing we can use it and direct it to release trapped energy and to heal. SCIENTIFIC STUDIES: Over the years there have been countless scientific studies done on breath and breathing and the effects it can have on our physiology, our mental and physical well-being. Breathwork can relieve stress and calm anxiety and Panic Attacks. It can lower our heart rate and blood pressure too. One thing is for sure Breath is Powerful and can even activate the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system. Even more amazing is that we have the ability to take conscious control of it in order to direct energy throughout our Physical, Mental and Emotional Bodies to assist in Healing
